In addition to our in shop service, we offer home and site visits for faults that are bound by location, such as internet issues, and for customers who are unable to carry their appliances to the shop. Give us a call to book an appointment.

If our engineers feel the job is too complex to be carried out on site, they will request to take it back to the shop to work on. We aim for between 1 and 5 days turnaround, however this may vary depending on the delivery time of replacement parts.
